The article has been updated and is correctly stated. The game is not that good because it is during the hours of play that most of the titles are played but my joy is enchanting 😅

todo ok

A very fun game for my almost 7-year-old granddaughter. She loves it.
Preira –
Average. Pretty basic; my fashion-obsessed daughter wasn't really into it.
Johan Géry –
Exactly as described and delivery was perfect. Nothing to complain about, as usual. Impeccable Amazon service.

Exactly as advertised. The multimedia product could not be loaded. Expected on November 14th, received on the 4th, thanks Amazon! :-) The game received bad reviews because people expected it to be something it never advertised as being. It's not another "Style Savvy" game (from the same developers as Fashion Dreamer), but a completely different game with no story to follow. Personal description: You create a muse (an avatar, up to 4) whose goal is to become the best fashion influencer. You travel through different areas called "Cocoons," each with its own theme and NPCs (non-player characters). The gameplay loop is repetitive: you walk through the Cocoons, encounter NPCs (or other players online) who have requests, you fulfill them, you earn tickets and other currency, and so on. You don't buy clothes and accessories with virtual currency; to get them, you simply like them when you see them on other muses or in trending sections. Online, you encounter other players/NPCs whose requests are based on their muse profile (color, pattern, favorite clothing item, etc.). You can also create your own clothes and accessories, which requires e-points earned primarily through interactions with other players. There's also a showroom where you can display your favorite outfits and items with decorative elements. The whole thing is repetitive and has a mobile game feel (but without microtransactions or anything like that). In the shared video, you can see how the game works. An NPC was asking for an outfit that matched their shoes. It's more or less the same for the entire game. Strengths: + If you like cute Japanese-style visuals, you'll be delighted. + No Nintendo Switch Online subscription required for online mode. + The like system: if someone wears one of your creations and someone likes their outfit, you'll receive points. You just have to avoid other players seeing you wearing that creation. Thankfully, because decorating the showroom requires a lot of points. + The online mode isn't real-time. Other players are "downloaded" into the Cocoon you're in for the current session, so you can put your console in sleep mode without being disconnected. + Good performance (except for the inventory). I performed a memory leak test by leaving the game open while the console was in sleep mode for a week. I resumed exactly where I left off without the game crashing or anything. + Rich item customization. + Interacting with NPCs has a purpose: unlocking exclusive makeup and hairstyles. Once you reach the highest level with them, others are unlocked. + Easy to collect new items; simply like them on other muses, in showrooms, or in the "trend" section. Easy to find rare items. + Attention to detail: some clothing adapts to what you add to an outfit. You can add or remove a top from the bottom (pants, skirt, shorts), and the cut of dresses and skirts adjusts depending on the jacket or coat worn over them, among other things. Drawbacks: - The lack of filters such as sorting or filtering by clothing type, color, style (elegant, unique, kawaii, etc.), pattern (floral, animal, etc.). You have to scroll through the ENTIRE inventory every time, and it quickly becomes frustrating, especially since the larger the inventory, the more lag there is. I'm "only" at 1600 items, and the maximum is 5000; I can't imagine what it will be like when I reach that limit. - There isn't really realistic skin tone; if you're mixed-race or even black, makeup doesn't adapt well. - You can only change the height of your muse; there are no diverse body shapes. - No bags or necklaces! For a fashion game, this is a major drawback. Overall, the selection is quite "prudish." No miniskirts, minishorts, or crop tops; it's very "kid-friendly." So, freedom is rather limited, which is a shame for a game where self-expression through creativity is central. There are supposedly 1500 items, but... you always feel like you're seeing the same thing. Sure, you can change the colors, but it's often the same items that reappear. Gender-segregated clothing: It's important to remember that this is a Japanese game, and customs there aren't the same as in the West, but in 2023, this is quite unfortunate, especially in a game about creative freedom and expression. It's not even a question of skirts being exclusively for girls; there are pieces that could clearly be unisex (like bomber jackets or sneakers) but aren't… - The promotion of the communication aspect with other players has been exaggerated. It's quite limited. You can only like, say thank you, subscribe to another player (which doesn't do anything), and visit their showroom. This could be disappointing for some players. - A few typos in French. Note: - You reach the last or second-to-last rank (Platinum) very quickly, after about 8 hours. After that, there's a 12-minute credits sequence! But that doesn't mean the end of the game; you can continue playing afterward. Monthly updates are planned, including QoL (quality of life) improvements and content additions (which appear to be parades and contests). It's the kind of game that's great for switching off without thinking too much, or when you're doing something else at the same time. It's not the kind of game you'd play for eight hours straight, but you can if you want to. Although, it might be a bit too expensive for what it is (around €35 max seems more reasonable).
