Description
Total War: WARHAMMER III for PC is a turn-based, real-time strategy video game based on the tabletop game of the same name, and the third installment in the video game series. Players take turns moving their units/characters around the map and learn to manage their settlements effectively in order to achieve all their objectives, defeat their enemies, and reach agreements with those they cannot immediately defeat!
About the game
Owners of the two previous games in the series will have access to all the maps they've already unlocked in these arenas, as well as all the new areas added for this game. The game takes place in two locations: the Realms of Chaos and the Eastern Lands, adding a touch of mystery and oriental exoticism!
The game map is absolutely gigantic, so you have plenty to explore, even as you fight your way to your target through seemingly endless hordes of relentless, bloodthirsty enemies! The map involves both diplomacy and warfare with AI (artificial intelligence) enemies – and only you can decide if your forces are strong enough to defeat them, or if you need to continue being polite a little longer!
Ways to play
Due to the game's real-life origins, battles take place in real time, allowing you to savor every detail once you've developed an eye for observing the action – your first battle will pass in a fog of confusion, blood, and weapons!
There are several ways to play, including a custom battle mode where you can plan the action according to your own desires instead of playing the game's pre-established battles.
There is also a multiplayer battle mode in which you and your team must capture all the control points in order to summon the boss for a satisfying final showdown.
Players benefit from fortifications, useful buffs, and reinforcement troops that can be easily summoned, provided you've accumulated enough surplus supplies to qualify for this assistance. If you're not a skilled player, you'll spend a considerable amount of time managing your resources!
Who is present?
In the game, there are two human populations: Kislev (based on medieval Russia, featuring bear cavalry (talk about a cliché!) and a magic system called Lore of Ice) and Great Cathay (from ancient imperial China). They are joined by four factions based on the Chaos Gods:
- Khorne: the blood god, the warlord, murderous and wrathful. His roars of discontent echo across the realms. Indeed, across all of time and space.
- Tzeentch: also known as the Changer of Ways, this dark god is in charge of mutation, evolution, the burning desire for things to be different, as well as scheming and sorcery.
- Nurgle: the God of Chaos who revels in humans whose fear of death is almost overwhelming…
- Slaanesh: the Lord of Pleasure and a dark god dedicated to all things decadent and hedonistic – and not in a fun way.

The game is installed, it arrived well protected in its beautiful metal box, nothing to say, can't wait to play it!
very good
The game mechanics are good but I'm not too keen on the art style.Good game though.
Unique strategy RPG that's charming, lengthy and challenging. The characters in your squad will quickly grow on you through their banter and adventures together. The game increases in difficulty and map sizes as you advance in the story and the battles can be long as well. If you rush in with poor decisions you could quickly find yourself being BTFO.
I'm having major problems with this game. I have a MEDION PC with Windows 10 and it's up to date. I'm experiencing bugs, slowdowns, and my PC is restarting unexpectedly. I strongly advise against playing it.
Excellent game, very comprehensive and with superb graphics! A campaign built over several hours, following the model of other Total War games, but with more in-depth modifications at the faction level (approximately 3 possible factions per "race": Dwarves, Humans, Vampires, Chaos, etc.). Faithful to the Warhammer universe, this game is perfect for both fans and those discovering this world for the first time 🙂 !!! I highly recommend it, a very good purchase in my opinion ^^ Enjoy!
Magnificent steelbook! As a fan of the Total War series, and especially the Warhammer versions, it's really cool to own a physical copy of this quality. And the game perfectly concludes this trilogy. I highly recommend it.
I bought the game as soon as it came out because I thought it would rekindle the fun, but it didn't. Personally, I don't think the contents of the box justify the price. Despite the two measly DVDs included, you have to wait at least 1.5 days for a download before you can even play. But it's unavoidable these days, given the current policy of forced digital distribution. The game is very basic and poorly optimized. Loading times are extremely long, even with a gaming PC that exceeds the recommended specifications. As soon as there are updates, loading times will be even longer, just like with TWWII. The number of playable factions is quite low, and three-quarters of them are very similar. The paid DLC policy is still rampant, unfortunately. The gameplay is spoiled; there are no major new features. The game is very expensive compared to its content. Personally, I'm going back to TWWI, even though it has fewer factions than WWII. I only recommend this game if it's on sale at a much, much lower price! As for the DLC, I won't be buying it for this game, given the exorbitant launch price compared to the game's quality and content.
