  1. We already know the Nintendo Switch, but the OLED model is truly top-notch. The same dimensions but a larger screen area, better contrast (thanks to OLED technology), resulting in more vibrant colors. The screen is much clearer because the brightness is improved. If, like me, you wanted a Switch, go for the OLED version without hesitation. However, if you already own the standard model, I don't think it's really worth it.

  2. It's Nintendo, it's the Switch, it's the must-have portable console

  3. I'd been wanting to get this console for a while, and I finally have it! It's very different from the competition, allowing you to play on your TV as well as in handheld mode. I mostly play in home console mode, but it's very convenient for playing on the go. The console itself looks like a tablet, with a touchscreen on the front, two volume buttons, and a power button. I find the screen quite large, and its resolution is sufficient to avoid seeing the pixels. It has a kickstand, which allows you to prop it up while holding a controller. However, you can't really use the touchscreen with the kickstand on, as the console tends to tip over. I find it a shame that you can't charge it while playing with a controller; the charging port is located underneath the console, so you can't plug it in and set it down. It comes with two Joy-Cons, Nintendo's new controllers that plug and unplug from the console, somewhat reminiscent of miniature Wiimotes with their wrist straps and motion controls. This gives you two controllers for the price of one, allowing two players to play Mario Kart 8 or Super Smash Bros. The two Joy-Cons can be used like a classic controller with the included comfort grip. They recharge by connecting to the Switch, but still boast excellent battery life. Unless you forget to plug them in for a week of gaming, I don't see how you could run out of power. Unfortunately, they are prone to "Joy-Con drift," which causes the player to move forward without touching the controller, for example. There are two solutions: either send the controllers back to Nintendo for a free replacement, or replace the joysticks yourself. I haven't experienced this yet, and I hope I won't. The dock allows you to connect the console to the television, offering an HDMI port, a charging port, and a USB port behind a cover. This last USB port allows you to connect an Ethernet adapter. On the outside of the dock, there are two USB-A ports for charging a controller or using them wired. There's nothing particularly special to say about the dock; the console is easy to place in, with the screen facing the thinnest part. I did notice, however, that when you try to remove the Joy-Cons, the console sometimes disconnects from the dock. The console comes with an HDMI cable, which is a nice touch. The system is quite simple to use; games are displayed in the order they were last played. You can choose between a gray and a white theme. The console itself offers 32GB of storage for save data as well as downloaded game data. This memory is expandable via a microSD card slot located under the console's kickstand. It's worth noting that some cartridge games require downloading data to be played, such as Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, which needs 8GB. As for games, you'll find all the Nintendo classics, like Mario Kart, Zelda, Mario Bros., Mario 3D… But the large number of Wii U ports gives the impression that the Switch is just an enhanced Wii U without any real new titles. You'll also find ports of "big" games, like The Witcher 3, Wolfenstein (which I mentioned earlier), Dark Souls… It's great to be able to play these games in handheld mode, but the graphics quality isn't always up to par, with blurry characters and environments and little texture. However, the Switch remains the only way to play recent Nintendo games, which is its strength. In summary, I recommend this Nintendo Switch, one of the only, if not the only, mainstream portable consoles available on the market in 2020. It has many advantages that allow it to consistently rank at the top of the sales charts.

  4. Perfect for playing with up to four people on the same console. The controllers' versatility allows for different combinations, making it ideal for every player. There are titles for all tastes, from children's games and family activities to solo adventures for hardcore gamers.

  5. I'm copying and pasting the comment that "Sinon" posted on September 14, 2011, because it perfectly sums up the situation! I'm still giving it 3 stars myself, because the console works perfectly, and it was still fun to play. ("It was" => because my son decided not to keep it, given the financial trap imposed by Nintendo.) Having tested the console, it's Nintendo, what else? Neither bad nor great. Regarding Nintendo's policies, be aware that you'll have to pay: - A subscription to play online - A subscription to save your games other than on the console (otherwise it's impossible to resell the console, or if the console is unusable, you lose your save data) - A fortune for games that don't belong to you => favoring boxed games. - An additional SD card, 32 GB for 300 euros? Just look at the storage space on phones. Aside from playing a few games locally with your girlfriend/friends, this console is pointless with this policy. Want to play all the latest games solo? Buy a PC, install the free emulator, and you'll have access to games cheaper. Want to play online? Don't buy this console unless Nintendo pays for your internet subscription. The subscription is a rip-off in general. The price of games has also skyrocketed to compensate for the reality; apart from suckers, nobody buys them directly. "I would also add that, given that Nintendo released the OLED Switch only four years after the original and at a nearly identical price, making the original console seem worthless, the feeling of being ripped off is all the more crushing! Especially since the OLED version was released in 2021, meaning it had been conceived and developed internally long before. So, instead of quickly releasing a low-end, basic Switch, shouldn't they have taken the time to improve it first and then released only the OLED model?! But hey, when money talks…"

  6. This is where it has to be divided into two parts. First of all, you'll see how good and bad this comfort is in terms of the length of your stock. In the second part, which I extend further, you tell more about the console and you have advice on the popular Nintendo Switch model based on the situation of the parts: +++At the weight of the panel, the size of the console may vary, so you have the bottoms of the previous models.+++Double storage capacity than in its predecessor. Ahora tenemos 64GB, minetras que antes teníamos 32GB.+++Improvements en el dock. Now you have a connection via RJ45 if your devices go wrong with WiFi.++++The console is subject to limitation. More stable and adjustable than allowing more angles at the time of play.+++Better sound than your predecessor.+++Possibility of playing on the television or in portable mode.+++As it is logical, in the portable mode it improves the user experience respecting your predecessors.LO MENOS BUENO:—Important improvements in hardware, screen and sound. The power of the machine is the same, it is decided, the microprocessor and the RAM are the same as the model of 4 years old. The screen has to be predicted that you can see the effects of quemado on the screens to keep the images still very long. But I didn't pass it to Nadie, but it's safe to say that in those nearby I don't see any cases. Recommendation, no maximum brightness, already in automatic mode.—With 64GB of storage, it is only a short time and it is imprescindible when using a microSD card. If the joy-con is improved, Nintendo recognizes that it has not solved the problem of drifting on all devices. The durability of the Joy-con has never been better, it is worth the price that the console holds. We see this model with the same name, but we always think that there will be more of the mismo. prints after being used for a period of time. As a first comment, that it is a treat for my wife, and that before you buy this model that is new or old, I am informed that you are with one and that you are with another. As you see it next to what you learned, as if you observed it with this model. The current image will change with your impressions on the misma.SI NO SABES NADA DE LA NINTENDO SWITCH LEE ESTO (SI CONOCES LOS MODELOS VES AL SIGUIENTE APARTADO QUE ESTÁ EN MAYÚSCULAS)Como ya te he dicho, la idea era regalarle la console à mi hijo. Although it was a Nintendo Switch, it did not recognize the models you used. So you summarize a few points that there are some issues and disadvantages that I had to decide by Oled. So, as a big surprise, there are four models of Nintendo Switch:—Nintendo Switch (2017): The first model. The main discharge is the battery, which lasts only a short time. This is a solo model that has two hands on it. As if it was a treat, it was removed.—Nintendo Switch (2019): Improved the previous fundamentally in the battery and the microprocessor, even the model is the same. Now it's the same.—Nintendo Switch (2021): The best of 2019 is on the screen, sound and support. And now it's practically the same.—Nintendo Switch Lite: Disconnect if this model has different versions. Assuming that the user can only play in portable mode, you decide, you cannot play on the television. Así que la descarté directamente y non investigué más.ESTE ES EL SIGUIENTE APARTADO. NINTENDO SWITCH OLEDEmplipped with the following instructions: Why choose the NINTENDO SWITCH OLED and not the 2019 VERSION? In fact, believe that the performance of this device depends on your parts and your game mode. If you don't have the Nintendo Switch, be sure that it's very interesting and that you'll find it before you have the 2019 version for around 50 euros. In this case, you recommend the Nintendo Switch Oled without delay. There is no difference. A no ser, que solo piens jugar con la consola en la tele. In this case, the best option is the 2019 model, you will be more expensive and the results will be worse. However, if you have a Nintendo Switch of 2019, the decision is more difficult, it will depend on your game format. If you play all of this on the TV, don't worry about the change, the hardware is good and it won't improve. In change mode, if you have any game experience you are in portable mode, begin the game change experience radically to improve. In this case, I would like to sell the price and hope if the difference in price compensates me. Like the era of hope, the presentation is very cuidada. Please change the format. In previous models the box was horizontal, and also vertical. The contents of the box are: console, dock, joy-con back, grip, protectors for the joy-con lines, charger and HDMI cable. Recommendation, if you install everything, do not remove the box. Guarded together with the invoice. If there are problems or there is a tie that you are selling, you will find it helpful. Of all modes, these medications are despicable, only their minimums. Yo he bought a fund of the previous model, entered it perfectly. Yes, the console is portable, but if it is a portable device, it is the preferred model that comes into the bag. This comfort is more likely to be carried in the bag than in a bag. Tenlo en cuenta.–Dock: You can use the Oled dock of the 2019 model, you will have a little play time. But if you want to have a second life, you can harm your friend. The OLED dock is mainly for very new ones. First of all, we have an Ethernet port or RJ45 port to connect to the cable. The previous model does not have any teeth. The second door is the access door to the connections. This model can be removed completely and in the previous one. Additionally, use a channel to extract cables and improve ventilation. The new land, its carriles of the color that hold the dock to comfort it. This is an improved model. In the previous case there are no marks on the screen. This is because the han has been adjusted, but if you have it there is a crystal templado no sea that you will get and it will include a switch dock cover.–Pantalla: As it came before, larger than the previous model, but still retaining the size of the console. ¿How does this happen? Reduced marks. La del 2019 era de 6.2 pulgadas, la nueva es de 7. Parece poco, pero se noted. Sobre all, when hay textos pequeños en los juegos. Apart from the fact that the technology of the screen has changed from LCD to OLED, improved by both the contrast and the colors. As I said earlier, you recommend having a templado crystal. PERO OJO CON ESTO. The factory console has a protector and can be removed from Nintendo. The templado crystal has been added to this protector.–Battery: As it is, Nintendo improved the battery of the 2017 model with the health of the 2019 model. In this 2021 model the battery is the same, and also the durability. Between 4 and 9 hours you only use the ones, (volume, shine, etc…) This is apart from nothing better.–Joy-Cons: Exactly the same as the previous models, except if the white color model is changed by so many colors. Según Nintendo has improved hardware to avoid drift. But it's a little better. Nintendo recognizes that there is no solution. Because we don't know or know what the drift is, it's a defect that happens with the time, and the person who is in control takes a long time to pay for your loss. In other words, the persona moves without wanting to know the commands or if they prefer to have pulsating fantasies. Therefore, you will see more of the missing commands than the missed ones. This is to say that if it is adjusted, then when the drift appears in the new console, it is weighted by which and lowers the overall rating. Si no lo pongo es que mi unidad no ha llegado a hacerlo.–Sonido: Otra de las mejoras de este modelo. We hope for a spectacular improvement, but we note that the sound is more exciting and slightly better. – Small improvements in the carcass: Change the position of the upper and lower ventilation reels. You can change the position of the microSD card. Then change the volume buttons and light them. But the great improvement in the carcass is the apoyo pata. In the previous model, only one of the positions (closed/closed) will be stretched, so the console is unstable when it is attached to one side. This model is adjustable and includes all the console controls, so that the stability and comfort can be adjusted at more angles to improve the gaming experience. parental control. You can limit the game time of the console, if you have used programs, you will be alerted if you have installed a program, etc…–Accessories: At the very least you need to buy a templado crystal protector, a funda, a microSD card and even a small game. There are some free games in the eShop. Now, there are some necessities that include joy-con and multi-player games, wireless controllers like the pro controller, etc…. It's difficult to keep it clean, that's why it's in the air. When he decides to buy mainly physics, when the child doesn't play with them, he can sell and buy other products. In the case of digitals, the vent is that it's a little bit louder, that you keep it in the dark because you can't lose it and that it's more convenient at the time of play, you don't have to worry about the game card and the other meter. However, if you lose your clothes, you cannot sell them to recover the inverted money. Why choose one or another will depend on the needs of each one. CONCLUSIONES¿Y qué noted le das? ¿Me lo recomiendas?Estas dos preguntas son las que allos dos nos hacemos when we buy any device, and the response is always the misma: DEPENDE DE PARA QUÉ LO USES Y CUÁLES SEAN TUS EXPECTATIVAS.Creo que el punto clave para elegir este modelo o el anterior es tu modo de play and if you have a switch or no. If you don't have a switch, your head will turn on the OLED this year, the price difference will be minimal. A no ser, que solo vayas a jugar en la tele, encuyo caso, me iría a por el modelo del 2019 ahorrando unos eurillos. If you have a switch, solo change to the new model if you play mainly in portable mode and if you have the possibility of selling the tuya well for the inversion to be at its minimum. Already a lot of cosas in the ring, but I believe that you are sure to leave the book. With her, I pretend to tell a few people that I don't have the idea of an elective model, that's where I found myself wanting to buy one for my wedding for my birthday. With these lines, we believe that there will be a little help to see that this is the best option for the situation in which you are leaving. But if you want to summarize it in a phrase, I believe that the best is what it says in the title: Better than the previous model, but it is not a great revolution that justifies the change. Nintendo can have a game on the table that can be solved a little bit, fix the joy-con problem that it lasts for 4 years and doesn't fix it and has a big battery, but it's supposed to be better than the big ones, but it's still there in 2023. refrigerator (because of its new model cada dos años). Well, no one can bother more than Nadie with her ramblings. So, I hope you have to say something about the console and what you have if you use these lines.

  7. First of all, I waited a long time before deciding to get a Switch. My friends kept telling me, "Wait for the Pro, you'll see it'll be better." Then Nintendo announced the OLED with no technical improvements. So, should you get it? Actually, if you don't have a Switch and you want one, I'd advise you to get it. The advantage of an OLED screen is that it doesn't work at all the same way as an LCD (I'll let you use Google to do your research and understand the difference). First of all, it's the same size as the original (I've already held the original in my hands and at home because it belonged to a friend). However, the weight has increased by… 22 grams. It now has a proper stand to prop it up on a table, rather than the old kickstand, and the sound quality is improved. Resolution-wise, nothing has changed; it's still 720p/1080p. An RJ45 port is finally included, which will hopefully prevent those drastic internet disconnections, especially since Wi-Fi will never be as reliable as a good old-fashioned wired connection. (I'm talking about reliability.) Given its size, I was able to place the dock behind my computer monitor, making it very discreet. (Okay, it's white and noticeable, but I assure you, in my house, it's barely noticeable.) Battery life in handheld mode doesn't seem to have changed. It varies between 4.5 and 9 hours depending on the game. So, what's the point? The appeal of this console lies in its handheld mode. It's a bit more comfortable with the improved sound and the slightly larger OLED screen. (I assure you, it's a real treat for the eyes.) In living room mode, nothing's changed. (Tip: don't play on a 4K screen; it's pointless and only makes games look ugly.) Also, it comes with a 64GB microSD card instead of a 32GB one. (It's still a bit limited, but it's better than nothing.) I read that OLED screens can get ghosting... is that true? Well, yes and, more importantly, NO! Ghosting will only appear on OLED screens, and only if you leave the console on the same static image for several dozen hours. (And you really have to be trying.) So, no need to panic about that. Finally, here are the famous questions and answers. You already have the Switch and you're wondering if you should get this latest console? - It's pointless; there's no technical difference except for the OLED screen. It's not more powerful and doesn't necessarily have better battery life. Stick with your original. Do Switch games and Switch hardware like Pro Controllers or Switch Controllers work with it? - Yes, all Switch hardware works. The controllers work perfectly, as do the games. Is the Switch OLED compatible with the old dock, or conversely, is the old dock compatible with the new one? - Yes to both answers, but again, if you have a Switch, don't buy the OLED just for the dock. Nintendo apparently intended to sell the OLED dock separately. Should I wait and hope for a Pro version? - No! Nintendo announced the OLED, and if, a few months or two years later, they announce a Pro version, it would have absolutely no commercial or customer loyalty benefit. (Personally, I think Nintendo's next console announcement will be a completely new platform.) There you go, I hope this has shed some light on this little console. (The box was super small; I wasn't expecting that.)

  8. The Pros: - The screen is better and larger than the previous Nintendo Switch. - Although the screen is larger, the console's size remains largely unchanged, so you get the same value for your money as with previous models. - Double the storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Now we have 64GB, whereas before we had 32GB. - Improvements to the dock. It now has an RJ45 connection in case you need to dock it; Wi-Fi is down. - Better sound than its predecessor. - Ability to play on the TV or in handheld mode. - Of course, in handheld mode, it improves the user experience compared to its predecessors. The Cons: - The only major improvements are to the display and sound. The machine's power is the same, meaning the microprocessor and RAM are identical to the model from four years ago. Although the screen is improved, the resolution remains at 720p, far from the 4K and 8K of its competitors. The OLED screen technology makes it predictable that burn-in will appear on the display when static images are held for extended periods. This hasn't happened to anyone yet, but cases will surely emerge in the coming months. Recommendation: don't set the brightness to maximum; leave it on automatic. With 64GB of storage, it's still insufficient and makes using a microSD card essential. They should have offered at least 128GB. As expected, the presentation is very polished. They've changed the format. In previous models, the box was horizontal, and now it's vertical. The box contains: the console, dock, two Joy-Cons, a grip, Joy-Con rail protectors, a charger, and an HDMI cable.

  9. A very good handheld console created by Nintendo. It's really nice to be able to play in any room of the house, or even outside.

  10. Works great and, most importantly, includes parental controls to limit usage. You can set the days and the maximum number of hours. Everything is monitored via a smartphone app. Great for preventing misuse 😀

  11. We bought this as a Christmas present for our 10-year-old daughter. The whole family loves this console. The great thing is being able to create multiple user accounts, so every game is saved. The eShop lets you download games that remain linked to the console according to the user account that purchases them, and you can download them as many times as you like. Be aware that the console has limited storage, so buying an SD card is essential. You can also transfer a user account to another console if you buy an additional one. We bought extra controllers so we can play with four people, which makes for some great games! In short, we love it!

  12. Product arrived in good condition and works well.
