Factory Planner is a card-based strategy and simulation game where your goal is to build your own factory from scratch by combining different types of cards, managing resources, and optimizing production lines. Each card plays a specific role: collecting materials, producing goods, distributing energy, or improving efficiency. With good planning, judicious combinations, and well-assigned engineers, your factory can become a true industrial powerhouse!
The game offers more than just production. It offers a true sandbox experience, giving players the freedom to create, experiment, and progress in their own way. Whether you want to build a highly efficient automation system or explore creative layouts, every decision shapes the future of your industry.
Use maps Facility, Organization, Engineer And Resource to create fully functional production lines. Each card has unique inputs/outputs and specific behavior, requiring strategy and intelligent placement.
Manage solid, liquid, and electrical connections to ensure a constant flow. A poor connection can stop the entire chain. Connections align at 90°, can be modified or rearranged, and dynamically adapt to your configuration.
Engineer cards can be assigned to production or storage units to increase efficiency, unlock new recipes, or reduce energy consumption. The effects are applied after the current production cycle, requiring careful planning.
Energy is the lifeblood of your factory. Use thermal generators and distribute electricity to your machines. If demand exceeds supply, the systems shut down and the grid alerts you. Control the energy flow with distribution and fusion points.
The storage units have limited capacity. If the production outputs are not properly connected, the system will jam. Excess materials will halt collection. Maintaining a good balance and optimal transfer speed is essential for the smooth operation of the plant.
Craft new cards or upgrade existing ones to expand your capabilities. As you progress, unlock more complex cards to transform your factory into a high-tech industrial hub.
Monitor every aspect of your factory: active cards, engineers at work, FaCredit balance, and more. The alert system notifies you immediately of any problems (full storage, missing materials, power outages), allowing you to react quickly.
Start with basic resources like wood and iron, then progress to more advanced materials like sulfur and uranium. Eventually, build high-tech factories powered by nuclear energy.
