The game was new and still in its new wrapper. The game had jarred loose inside its case but the game wasn't scratched or damaged. That probably happened during shipment. Overall A+ thanks for the great game at a good price! I was kinda worried before it got here because of some of the comments but my experience personally only could of been bette if it came sooner.

This game is the best thing on PS5; we've been eagerly awaiting it since the first installment in 2018 on PS4, then its sequel focused on Miles Morales in 2020. Spider-Man is a superhero who deserves the honor of having the best story centered on this character to date. If you can take the time to play Insomniac's Spider-Man series, DO IT!! (Unfortunately for us, having pre-ordered the game, we didn't receive any pre-order bonuses, even though they were mentioned in the article.)
