To meet the evolving needs of gamers, our engineering and design teams collaborated on a new form factor that offers more choice and greater flexibility. The same technical features that make the PS5 the best way to play are packed into a smaller form factor, with a removable Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive and a 1TB SSD for more internal storage. The new PS5 has been reduced in volume by over 301.3T and in weight by 181.3T and 241.3T respectively compared to previous models.
