The graphics retain the original spirit while being tastefully modernized. I recognized all the iconic levels, but with unprecedented fluidity on PS5. The 60fps gameplay makes jumps and movements incredibly precise—a must for purists and newcomers alike.

Tomb Raider Forever. The multimedia product could not be loaded. Nostalgia for the 90s and 2000s... what a game it was back then, graphically, sound-wise, gameplay-wise... and today we wonder how we managed to play so many hours in front of such large pixels... the game is really well remade, everything's there... a few issues with the camera, the lighting too, I sometimes have to go back to the original graphics to see where the corridors or certain hiding places are... but the music alone... takes me back 28 years... I played all the Tomb Raider games with my brother and my friends... it was great. I just regret that such a game isn't a remake with Unreal Engine 5... I don't understand. It would be such a success... it all deserves a remake, right up to number 5... I can't wait to go back and struggle with the puzzles. Plus, mid-game, a simple press of the controller's start button switches the graphics back to the old ones. Very satisfied with my purchase.

As a huge fan of the Tomb Raider franchise since the PS1 era, I couldn't pass up this remastered version of the first three games. And what a joy it was to rediscover these classics in a new light! The remastering work is truly impressive. The graphics have been modernized while respecting the essence of the original games. We find that unique atmosphere that made the series so successful, but with much more pleasing visuals. Each iconic level has been beautifully reworked, and the result lives up to my expectations. The gameplay, meanwhile, remains faithful to the original mechanics, which is a real treat for nostalgic players like myself. However, welcome adjustments have been made to make the experience smoother and more accessible on PS5. The controls are intuitive, and everything runs perfectly. Special mention goes to the music and sound effects, which are as immersive as ever. Every puzzle, daring leap, and battle with enemies instantly transported me back to my childhood memories. In short, Tomb Raider Remastered is a true gem for longtime fans, but also a great opportunity for new players to discover these legendary games. If you loved Lara Croft back in the day, this remaster is a must-have. A resounding success and a nostalgic treat to savor!

A second trilogy riddled with bugs. The first trilogy was fantastic; it's like stepping back into the old games, pure nostalgia. However, the gameplay is really not designed for modern consoles. Maybe because before, we were content with just the basic controls. In this collection, you'll see one of the favorite episodes, the fourth. However, you'll also play the episode most criticized by the community: Angel of Darkness. Sure, it's been remade, it's even quite polished, but you'll find the gameplay, even though it's been redesigned, still just as frustrating. As for the three games, they're still riddled with bugs compared to the first trilogy. Even Aspyr asked not to play them without the patch. That's ridiculous.

A successful remaster of the original trilogy. The remasters run on top of the original code; everything is exactly the same, and you can switch between versions with the press of a button. Naturally, the resolution is higher, whether in remaster mode or the original version. The 3D models and textures have been redone, and the videos upscaled using IAD. Modernized controller options have been adjusted so that you no longer have to move in tank mode but can control Lara with the analog stick. Original voices and music from the games are included.

Lara's origins. I think the remastering of the first Tomb Raider trilogy (1, 2, and 3) is a very good idea. There are many improvements and added details in the scenery, such as paintings, plants, a chandelier, and even the moon—things that weren't in the original versions. Even the characters have been redone. I'm happy with this purchase and I recommend this Tomb Raider trilogy.
