Create and manage your cycling team at 100%. Sponsorship contracts form the basis of your annual budget and can make all the difference during the season. Contracts are now valid for several years and vary depending on the team. Choose the team you want and set your own challenges.
Present your objectives to sponsors at the beginning of the year and earn their trust through the various races of the season, thanks to the new system which now includes seasonal and long-term goals. The objectives are now varied and can range from a stage win to advertising visibility or even winning the most prestigious races.
Race objectives now better reflect reality. Small sponsors now have the opportunity to be satisfied by advertising breaks during major races.
Sponsors vary, have different requirements, and may have specific territorial restrictions regarding recruitment. A sponsor from Colombia, for example, might require you to recruit Colombian riders for your team. It's up to you to choose the right sponsor based on the direction you want to take your team.
Just like in real life, as a cycling team manager, you'll need to find new sponsors to build your team. You can now partner with multiple sponsors. Carefully consider each sponsor's requirements, or you risk not being able to satisfy everyone.
