In the Under-Earth where Queen Marika the Eternal reigns, the Circle of Elden, the vital source of the World Tree, was broken.

Marika's descendants, all demigods, claimed the shards of the Circle of Elden, also known as the major runes. Thus began the Shattering, a war born of the madness brought on by their newfound power. A war that heralded the abandonment of the Supreme Will.

  Thanks to the power of next-generation consoles, players will be able to personalize their experience by choosing between GRAPHICS MODE to enhance the game's graphics (up to 4K resolution), or PERFORMANCE MODE for an optimized framerate (up to 60 FPS). Players who purchase the PlayStation®4 version of the game will be able to get a free upgrade to the PlayStation®5 version, and Smart Delivery will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X.*

Players who purchase the PlayStation®4 version of the game will be able to receive a free upgrade to the PlayStation®5 version. Note: Players who purchase the physical version of the game will not be able to receive the upgrade on the PS5™ Digital Edition, as it does not have a disc drive. Players who purchase the PS5™ Digital Edition from the PlayStation™Store will be able to download the PS4™ version for free. In all cases, a PlayStation™Network membership, sufficient storage space, and a broadband internet connection (including data transfer charges) will be required.

* Smart Delivery will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X. A single purchase will be required to enjoy the game on Xbox Series X and/or Xbox One.
