The Razer Kraken Ultimate – USB Gaming Headset I purchased worked well. But I'm having an issue with the mic boom. The people I play online with say that I break up. Not sure what's causing it?Might be the reason why this headset was returned?Also, the light on the end of the mic boom is supposed light up red, mine does occasionally??The sound is great on my end, and listening to music is clean and clear.Nice bass and clear treble.Now for the bad stuff.DO NOT PURCHASE AN OPEN BOX ITEM FROM AMAZON!!!The package I received looked like it had been dragged by a really angry OxDown the amazon and then thrown into a shipping box!See the attached pictures.I've learned my lesson.I can recommend The Razer Kraken Ultimate – USB Gaming Headset,BUT do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks and buy new!I wish I had.

This item has great longevity and quality. Razor is a great brand, my last pair lasted 5 years with being taken care of. Sound quality is great I would definitely choose this brand again

Value for money. I bought this headset at a lower price during Prime Day to replace my Logitech G432 headset, which I bought for roughly the same price. Wanting something a bit more stylish but also high-performing for gaming and streaming, I decided to try the Razer brand for the first time. Honestly, I'm not disappointed: - The headset is extremely comfortable and lightweight; I can play for long gaming sessions without any discomfort. - The sound quality is excellent: the sound is clear, the bass is present, and above all, it's possible to activate surround sound, which creates real immersion when you're playing games or watching a movie, for example. - It is indeed noise-canceling. My PC fans are usually very noisy, and honestly, I don't hear them at all when I have the headset on. - The microphone is okay: I don't know why, but I had some difficulty setting it up, and my voice isn't quite as clear as with my previous headset, but it definitely does the job. I do have some doubts about the noise cancellation, though, since my friends sometimes hear my mouse clicks or keyboard. It looks very nice on: the white is simply magnificent, and the details only add to its aesthetic appeal, which is simple yet sophisticated. In short, these headphones offer excellent value for money. The quality is there, and in several months of use, I haven't had any problems yet… We'll see how they hold up in the long run!
