Very high-quality product. It's a very good quality product. So far, I haven't had any problems with it. Everything works perfectly, which saves me from having to subscribe to Game Pass on Xbox.

TRAPPED. Once installed, this game doesn't work properly. Other users have encountered the same problems. In fact, it becomes completely useless, so I'm requesting a refund. Amazon's response: this product cannot be returned. I've contacted various support channels, who keep passing the buck, blaming it on a possible Microsoft bug, Windows 11 issues, or something else. Ultimately, I'm left with a non-functional piece of software and no recourse. Consider yourself warned before making your purchase decision.
