Description
Your mission is to guide Czechoslovak soldiers across the war-torn wilderness and help them return home aboard an armored train, but the path ahead is fraught with danger. In a country ravaged by a bloody civil war between the Red and White armies of Russia, your unit must remain constantly vigilant and strive to conserve its dwindling resources while avoiding succumbing to despair. Traverse the bleak and perilous landscapes of Siberia, where the bitter cold and unforgiving environment will push you to your limits. Despite dwindling resources and your team's growing exhaustion, you will have no choice but to press on if you are to survive.
In the midst of an ongoing conflict, you will face the pervasive horrors of war. The success of your mission rests on a handful of elite soldiers who must engage in real-time combat to protect your legion, whose survival depends on the tactics you choose and the skills you employ. As time and battles pass, your squads will gain experience and form a legion of veteran comrades, brothers and sisters ready to face any challenge that comes their way.
The decisions you make will determine the fate of your comrades. Inspired by the true story of the Czechoslovak Legion and its determination to join the republic created after the Great War, this high-stakes mission will test your courage and survival skills. The Last Train Home is ready to begin.
- CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES: Deploy your squad and complete objectives in a series of real-time missions where elite fighters, strategists and tacticians will lead you to victory.
- EQUIP YOUR SOLDIERS: Unlock skills and acquire equipment to level up your men. Discover their stories, award medals, and help them climb the ranks.
- MANAGE YOUR TEAM: Outside of combat, your soldiers will have to perform various tasks on board the train. Craft items, treat injuries, and maintain troop morale throughout the journey.
- UPGRADE YOUR TRAIN: Unleash the full potential of your armored train by upgrading the wagons and locomotive, and oversee the maintenance work that will keep it running.
- CROSS SIBERIA: Stockpile and trade supplies, make allies and overcome conflicts as civil war rages across the vast snowy expanses of Siberia.
- BASED ON HISTORICAL EVENTS: The Last Train Home tells the true story of the Czechoslovak Legion and its fight on behalf of the Entente powers during World War I.
