A very good wheel for casual gamers. Well, I've had this wheel since the beginning of January 2024 and I'm delighted with it. Once properly adjusted, it does its job perfectly. I love rally games like DIRT RALLY 1 and 2 or EA SPORT WRC (especially in VR). It's true that the brake pedal is quite stiff, but there's a second, softer spring that reduces the resistance. Regarding the paddle shifter noise, you can place pieces of self-adhesive felt to eliminate the clicking sound when the paddle returns. (Alternatively, you can also play in automatic mode). Overall, it's quite well-made, with a small screen that allows you to adjust settings like force feedback (FFB) and the steering wheel's resistance, which lets you feel the road's imperfections. The motor isn't very powerful, and it's rather difficult to drift with the wheel returning to center on its own, but it still reacts well. In short, five months without any problems, so I'm happy with my purchase.

A low-cost steering wheel. I received my T248. Once configured, after trying several settings between the wheel's own and the console's, and after choosing the Thru Master wheel closest to mine from the PS5 list (since it wasn't even listed alongside the GT7 – I had to try them all, one by one), it became a real treat. I should mention that for it to work perfectly, since the included USB cable is too short (2 meters), I had to remove all my extension cables and adapters and buy a USB 2 to USB-C cable. And miraculously, the immersion is total. It's fantastic, precise, with absolutely no latency. I recommend spending a few hours getting used to it, and you'll find, like all steering wheels, that it's much more precise and realistic when you set the torque and force feedback to maximum or nearly so. Once you've done that, the wheel is absolutely fantastic, as good as a Fanatec or another Thrumaster costing €1000, for only €350. Ideally, you should install it on a Playseat for total immersion. I play WRC 10, Gran Turismo 7, and Need for Speed. In short, you can buy it without hesitation because the wheel is worthy of an expensive one. The all-plastic construction isn't a problem at all because it's very robust. The pedal set, once properly positioned and adjusted, is also really great. I had a lot of preconceived notions, but I have to admit that this Thrumaster T248 is truly fantastic. I'm very happy with it. .
