Very satisfied! I'm thrilled. I started my Nintendo journey with the Nintendo DS "tank" (first division name). I then bought every Nintendo console up to this famous Nintendo Switch OLED. It wasn't a sure thing, though. At first, I didn't think I'd buy it because there weren't enough new features for my taste. And then, it has to be said that Nintendo had provoked a storm of negative comments online (on Twitter and YouTube). I finally decided to get it because, after selling my old Monster Hunter collector's edition Switch, this OLED model came to around €70, so I rushed to buy it thanks to the -20% discount applied by Amazon. Upon first unboxing, the screen didn't seem that big, but once the Joy-Cons were attached to the console, the difference was immediately apparent! The colors are more vibrant and well-contrasted. Everything is prettier, even the loading screens become sublime! I took the opportunity to get back into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which I'd sold years ago, and I loved playing it online again. There are two selectable modes in the console settings: one more colorful and the other more color-accurate. This helps avoid things like having neon green grass (like in Zelda: Breath of the Wild). The screen quality isn't perfect, of course (especially in gray areas where the pixels are a bit blurry), but let's be honest, you buy a Switch to play games, not to watch movies. What I like most about this new Switch is its screen, which I find beautiful, but above all, large! Oh yes… that's definitely the biggest new feature in my opinion! This large screen is undeniably comfortable. Especially since OLED technology makes games look so much better 😉. The console is also more aesthetically premium. For save data transfer, be sure to keep your old Switch (don't sell it before receiving the new one). Perform the data transfer offered when you start up the OLED (the "target" console). Some games, like Animal Crossing, Splatoon, Pokémon Arceus, and others, are not compatible with Nintendo Switch Online (cloud saves). Be sure to check beforehand. For Animal Crossing, there's software to download to transfer your island (it worked for me). I connected both my Switches to the same Nintendo account and was able to transfer my Animal Crossing data without any problems. I might add more as I gain more experience with it, but for now, I'm very satisfied!

Great console, excellent screen. It's a console where the components were carefully selected to ensure good profitability for Nintendo. The console is primarily designed for platformers, with some very well-optimized titles. The online game library is very affordable (€) and extensive. The only problem is the Joy-Con joysticks, which absolutely need to be replaced with Hall effect joysticks because from day one they make a very unpleasant spring noise and are not at all precise.

The OLED Switch is powered by the Handheld Modus and its operating mode.

Excellent screen which is much larger than the first version and offers OLED quality, therefore very high definition.
There is some latency on some demanding games (Star Wars The Skywalker saga), the sound quality could be better, as well as the battery.
As for storage, 64GB... if you like having lots of games and switching between them whenever you want, you'll need to buy a memory card because the storage fills up quickly!
