- The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Pack will contain 48 tracks taken from previous games in the series.
- The tracks will be published in six waves, the first arriving in March and the last at the end of 2023.
- Race with your friends in the definitive version of Mario Kart 8, only on Nintendo Switch!
- Play as all the characters on all the tracks from the Wii U version, including DLC characters and tracks.
- Pop balloons in the new Battle mode, featuring Balloon Battle and Bob-Bomb explosions.
- Battle it out on new courses, such as Urchin Underpass and Battle Stadium, or on familiar courses, such as GCN Luigi's Mansion and SNES Battle Course 1.
- Inkling Girl and Inkling Boy from Splatoon, King Boo, Dry Bones and Bowser Jr. join the team!

These are classic tracks of exceptional quality. I've been playing Mario Kart since the mid-90s, and now I play with my grandchildren on their Switches. These new tracks, for them but "my" first tracks, boast exceptional visual quality, a welcome change from the early games, taking me back 30 years with immense joy. I can still beat the little ones who are 7 and 8 years old... let's enjoy it! 😁 A very good purchase at a more than reasonable price 👍.

It's fantastic, in the end it's like a whole new game. I had some reservations when it was first released and didn't immediately buy this DLC. But as the waves of updates came out, I looked into it, and it's actually a complete game that you unlock over the seasons. The number of tracks is substantial (48 when everything is released! + potentially new characters), but above all, they're well-designed overall. The only downside, and this is just my personal opinion, is the tracks from the Super Nintendo version. In 2023, we don't need flat levels, even for nostalgia. Add some variety, Nintendo! ^^ In any case, since I bought it, I haven't stopped recommending this additional content to my friends, especially once you've explored everything the base game has to offer.
