Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game in which you only have 12 days to save a city from a mysterious epidemic.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: doctor, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this isolated city deep in the eastern steppe, in search of a man said to be immortal.
But a deadly contagion has swept through the city. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop him.
You must now return to the beginning. Correct your mistakes. Save the city.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality… without going crazy.
SAVE LIVES
Put your medical training to good use. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine patients and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story—and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or conceal their motives. You must separate reality from fiction and identify the true symptoms. Step by step, you will move closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
TAKE CONTROL OF THE CITY
Fight for each new day. Ensure the city's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicines, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and decree curfews.
You will make mistakes, you will suffer the consequences, and you will unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the city, even if the inhabitants come to hate you. The power is in your hands. It is up to you to decide whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
